In our last video blog, we talked about a few topics related to building and supporting your team.

In this post, we’ll be taking a deep dive into how to set up systems to develop your team on an on-going basis. Although this can be time consuming, your job as the leader is to make your team as awesome as possible.

By setting up systems for team training and development, you’ll keep your superheroes engaged, help them kick ass at their jobs, and differentiate your facility as a place for high achievers. Perhaps most importantly, by investing time, energy, and money in your team, you can prove you genuinely care about their success.

    “We ask trainers read 2 books per week” (9:48).

    Was that meant to be “per week?”



      Hey Jeff! Sorry I mis-spoke. We ask them to read 2 books per MONTH. (Though I personally do shoot for 2 books per week, I concede that would be a pretty extreme requirement haha)
