About Steve:

Steve Bergeron is co-owner of AMP Fitness in Boston, MA. Steve and his wife Lindsay opened their studio in 2013 to provide a training solution to bring people together through strength training. They’ve specialized in semi-private personal training and small group classes that focus on teaching industry-leading practices in an inclusive and welcoming environment. Helping people feel seen in the fitness space who otherwise wouldn’t is a blessing.

Above all else, he’s a full-time father and husband. He’s also a former competitive powerlifter, and enjoys mountain biking, lifting weights (of course), travel, and coffee.

About Jason:

Jason is the owner of Iron Monkey Strength, a Strength training and Olympic Weightlifting gym in Franklin Square, New York.  His journey as a fitness professional started as a pilates teacher in 2002 while pursuing his BFA in Dance at FSU. He later became a personal trainer when he moved to New York  from Florida in 2006. 

In 2018, Jason quit his personal training job to start Iron Monkey Strength in his garage, and then opened his brick and mortar facility in February 2020. He has a passion for helping people, and teaching. The most rewarding part of building his business has been seeing the Iron Monkey community thrive and grow.
