 Over the last 10 years, my career has been heavily connected to the topic of marketing. From magazine advertising to sponsorship sales, from personal training to gym ownership and an international online membership business – I have attracted customers from all walks (and price points) of life.

In this workshop, I’m teaching the very best from what every role has taught me about consumers, marketing and purchase behaviour.

This one day workshop will give attendees a clear understanding of what consumers want from marketing campaigns and how they react to the messages we send.

By gaining a clear understanding of how consumers behave in decision-making both pre and post purchase, marketing is something that can be easily constructed to attract new customers who are a perfect fit for your company.

In this section, we’ll look at how consumers make their decisions, when they make their decisions and how we can create systems to nurture people from being a lead to a customer, and how the type of campaigns you run can predict customer success and retention (Yes, retention really does start from before they’re even a customer!).

11:30 am: Influencing Consumer Behaviour in Your Business

In this section, we will create 3 systems for your own business which will create a nurturing process for your audience. From downloads to email lists to adverts, here is where we will dive into the marketing tools that can ensure you are covering short, medium and long term marketing needs.

1:30: Strategic Marketing for Each of Your Systems

In this section, we focus on how to build a strategy and tactics that enhance your communication to the world. We’ll look at how to choose the platforms and media for you to deliver your message, and how to get incredible return from your advertising, and how to systemise referrals as a specific marketing tactic.

In this section, we will create a marketing strategy for your business along with tactics for each of your 3 systems, including a social media checklists, advertising copy examples, website copy, offline activity, retargeting campaigns and referral campaigns
