Is Leadership Society only for fitness professionals?
Nope. Leadership Society is for all managers and leaders who want to take their work to the next level and make a great impact.
We have a separate program that is specifically for fitness business owners called our Unicorn Society.
What if I don't like it? Am I locked into all 12-months?
Listen, we really want you to commit to the whole 12-month journey, but we’re not jerks. If you decide the program is not right for you in the first month, we’ll give you a full refund. If you decide you’d like to the leave Leadership Society later in the program we just ask that you pay one additional month of your membership dues as an early exit fee and complete an exit interview to give us feedback.
And if you need to leave for financail hardship reasons, we get it. Just talk to your coach and we’ll work with you the best we can. Pinky promise.

Like most educational programs, you will get out of Leadership Society what you put in. If you attend all of your Mission Control Meetings, your Private Coaching Sessions, and you work to implement what you are learning in our 12-Month Curriculum we can guarantee that you will experience a measurable difference in your effectiveness as a leader.
