One of the easiest ways to increase your total revenue – and profitability – is to raise your rates.
Since your expenses aren’t increasing, when you raise your rates, that extra cash is bottom line profit.
If you make $30k per month and increase your rates by 5%, that puts you at $31,500. But you KEEP the $1500. And over a year, that’s nearly $20k in increased profits.
Now you may lose some clients, of course. But ultimately, all businesses raise their prices every year. If you do this well, you’ll minimize fall out, and more than make up for any lost membership dues.
There’s the rub… doing it well.
